- The Navy notified the Russian Ministry of Defense before the maneuvers.
- Russia stated, “Northern Fleet assets are monitoring the activities of the NATO strike group.”
- Last week, Russia sent nuclear-capable bombers and submarine-hunters on long-distance patrols along Western borders.
